README file for Observation Reports



Individual observation reports directories are divided into "seasons."



Each season spans the 13 months from one Jovian conjunction to the next.



Therefore, the year labels on the subdirectories span 2 years (most often) or 3 years (happens once every 11 years).



The observation reports contained herein are those submitted by the observer.
